This arrived damaged in one of the clasps. I reached out and they sent a replacement, which was less damaged, but still scratched in the same place. I wonder if it is a production issue! I love the concept and design of these bags but my experience with the quality has been mixed.

Love this case! Wish it was just an inch or so larger to accommodate my Omnipod pods just a bit easier. I also wish the crossbody strap was adjustable so I could change the length. I also wish it was a longer strap. Other than that, it is a great way to carry diabetes supplies, a wallet, and phone all in one!
