I don’t know about you, but around the holidays I love to enjoy a tasteful holiday beverage! The problem is that most holiday beverages are full of sugar and not exactly diabetes friendly. Managing diabetes during the holidays can be stressful, but with some extra planning, you can put your mind at ease! This year will be my 20th Thanksgiving with diabetes, and I have some helpful tips to share with you: 1.
