Best pen/needle Wallet … ever.

This is the only one with 2 spots for pen and has a needle-dispose “bag”. Extremely functional, smart design and proper quality. Only downside is that it’s not available in Europe.

I bought this wallet 5 years ago...

... And it's still what I use for my diabetes.
It has held up exceptionally. The only sign of wear is the company logo on the glucometer pouch has worn off a bit.. otherwise it still appears brand new.
I use it daily at home and for travel. It carries everything that I need and I feel secure that nothing will fall out. The zipper is very strong and sturdy. Was definitely a great investment.
*Please excuse the dirt of the inside, I haven't wiped it down in a while
