We ship worldwide!

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

  • FREE shipping in the United States on orders over $50 (expect delivery in 5-7 business days)
  • $20 Express shipping in the United States only (expect delivery in 3 business days)
  • For orders outside the United States, shipping fee is 20USD (expect delivery in 10-20 business days, 7 business days to Canada).  Import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

How long should my order take to arrive?

After orders are processed (1-2 days), estimate the following shipping times:

  • United States Orders: 5-7 business days
  • United States Express Shipping option ($20): 3 business days
  • Canada: 7 business days
  • International (excluding Canada): 10-20 business days

Unfortunately, express shipping is not available for international orders.

 

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

Of course! Our products are meant to improve your life with diabetes, so we want you to love it. Return your unused product within 30 days for a refund. Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt of returned product.
