FAQ
Will my particular testing and glucose monitoring tools fit inside the cases? Each testing case’s main pocket is designed to accommodate most meters and pump devices. The pocket’s dimensions are displayed on its product profile page.
Will the testing cases keep my insulin and other necessities at a specific temperature? No, our testing cases are not currently designed with insulation for temperature control. However, customers are encouraged to purchase a compatible FRIO cooling pouch from our website if they require their insulin to stay cool. Also, although Myabetic does not claim responsibility for temperature maintenance, many other cooling pouches can be accommodated into our case’s compartments.
How do I clean and care for my testing cases? Use a soft, damp cloth to clean your testing kit. When using a PVC cleaning or protecting agent, it is always best to test the product on a small, less visible section of the interior or pocket before using it on the entire case. In order to avoid color migration, keep patent testing cases (Love Bug and Mystique) separate from other leathers. Avoid contact with furniture, garments, etc. that can cause color transference.
Are the testing cases designed for a specific type of diabetes? Myabetic testing cases are designed for both type 1 and type 2 diabetic care.
